It all started with a friend asking what we used in the ARMY when I was a medic. I then started working with a Veterans group asking for Tactical Medical training. That is where this kit came from. This kit gives first responders or anyone who is first on sight in an emergency to help administer life saving first aid before higher level clinicians can arrive.
This site and kits were created to teach people that the most important time in the treatment of a trauma emergency is the first 10 min also known as the '“platinum 10 minutes”. If first bleeding can be controlled then the life expectancy of an injured person goes up. Are you prepared?
